Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2025 · Applies to all Entropy Software apps
The short version
Entropy Software apps do not collect, store, or share your personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device. We don't require accounts, and we don't sell data — ever.
What we collect
Our apps do not collect personally identifiable information. No account is required. All data you enter into any Entropy Software app is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers (we don't have any).
Anonymous analytics
Some apps use PostHog to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data — things like which features are used most. This helps us improve the apps.
Analytics never include anything you type into the app, your name, email, location, or any other personally identifiable information.
In-app purchases
Premium features are sold through Apple (iOS) and Google (Android). We use RevenueCat to manage subscription state. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple or Google — we never see your card details.
Per-app details
Figura — UK Personal Finance Calculator
All financial figures you enter (salary, savings, debts etc.) are stored only on your device. They are never transmitted anywhere. Anonymous usage analytics via PostHog. Purchases via RevenueCat.
Advertising
None of our apps contain advertising.
Data sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
Data deletion
All app data lives on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it. We have no server-side copy to delete.
Children
Our apps are intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
